Our Meta application does not hold data belonging to anyone but us. It is a private publishing tool that posts OC Design 949's own content to OC Design 949's own Instagram and Facebook accounts. It has no user accounts, no logins, and stores no third-party personal information — so in the ordinary case there is nothing to delete.
If you have texted or messaged us about a project, we hold that conversation and whatever you told us. To have it deleted:
We will confirm within 30 days and delete what we hold, except anything we are required to keep — for example records connected to a signed contract, a permit, or an accounting obligation. If something must be kept, we will tell you what and why.
Project records — drawings, budgets, bids, correspondence — are kept as long as our records for that project require. You can ask us to delete them using the same route above, and we will delete everything not subject to a legal or contractual retention requirement.
Comments and messages you leave on our posts live on Meta's platforms and are governed by Meta's own policies. You can delete your own comments and messages directly on Instagram or Facebook at any time. If you would like us to remove something of yours from our posts, message us and we will.
